Responsibilities:
Teaching and Lecture Preparation. To deliver tuition focused on meeting the needs of students and EAIB ' s business objectives. To motivate students to perform in their studies and in their exams to the very best of their abilities. To prepare lectures and be familiar with the study material so as to be able to provide an effective tuition service. Student Counseling. To establish a working rapport with students, assisting them individually where appropriate, and being available to them at all reasonable times. To be pro-active with both students and employers in making proposals for improved performance in examinations. Other Tasks. To promote EAIB as the tuition provider which adds the highest value to students through appropriate conduct at all times. To provide constructive feedback within EAIB on his/her own, and students comments on the content of course programmes and study material. To attend such training and development course as EAIB shall provide promotion of EAIB through the writing of articles, speaking at meetings and events.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required skill(s): teaching skill. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Education or equivalent.

We require a responsible, mature individual or couple to provide high quality care to a group of out-station and international students aged 14-17. Students will be housed in a newly renovated hostel.
