Responsibilities:
We require a responsible, mature individual or couple to provide high quality care to a group of out-station and international students aged 14-17. Students will be housed in a newly renovated hostel. Responsibilities include overseeing the smooth running of the hostel with the highest degree of efficiency in order to serve the student-residents and to continually improve the management of the hostel building and facilities to maintain a clean, healthy and safe environment in an atmosphere of a “home away from home”.
Requirements:
Must be willing to live in the hostel. We will provide a spacious, newly renovated, furnished, air conditioned apartment. Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline. At least 3 years of working experience. Hands-on experience in managing a property (preferably a student hostel apartment) will be an added advantage. Must have experience in customer service with good interpersonal skills and a passion to work with people. • Must be able to communicate proficiently in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in another foreign language(s) will be an added advantage. Must be innovative and be able to work independently with minimum supervision, high degree of integrity, sincerity, competency, initiative and commitment.
Must be able to grasp, assimilate information/instructions quickly and be computer literate.
Must be able to work as a team, and lead and motivate others towards common goals/objectives. Able to work after office hours.
