Quality Assurance Head-National Capital Reg - Philippines

Responsibilities:
The position will be responsible for the redesign of the quality assurance framework of Credit Acquisition.
Develops quality assurance tests for each major step of the Credit Acquisition process (including outsourced processes).
Prepares the training calendar for Credit Acquisitions & represent Credit Acquisition as Line Trainer.
Develop an effective means in measuring the effectiveness of training courses offered.
Creates an environment of continuous process improvement.
Creates control processes where risks are anticipated.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Required skill(s): Credit Acquisition Processes, Quality Assurance Framework.
Proven ability to plan, organize and handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously; ability to work under pressure.
Analytical mind; can recognize risks/gaps in the process and develop processes to mitigate the risk.
Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with other software application package such as MS Visio or MS Project is an advantage
ateast 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent. Job role in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
