Description: Maintenance Trainer (Mechanical)
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
Computer Skills: MS Office
Experience: Min 08 years of Maintenance and preferably training experience.

Job Scope/Responsibilities:
• Develop training modules, handouts and assessment questionnaires
• Prepare individual training plans for maintenance technicians in line with company procedure of job qualification program.
• Conduct classroom and on-the-job training of technicians and other staff including presentations and workshops.
• Make best use of latest means of training and AV-Aids
• Conduct timely assessment of candidates and provide feedback to Training Coordinator.
• Help trainees in facilitating necessary learning.
• Provide necessary mentoring to target candidates – make suggestions regarding their strengths and weaknesses and on ways to correct any deficiency.
• Plan and schedule various assignments and lead group of relevant discipline technicians through shutdown activities commensurate with their trade and skills level.
