Executive Officer (Project) - Singapore

Responsibilities:
Manage regular and adhoc projects, on both strategic collaborations and operational/administrative matters;
Draft implementation plans based on project requirements and available resources;
Liaise and co-ordinate with relevant parties, both internal and external;
Monitor milestone achievement conscientiously;
Ensure quality and timely delivery throughout each project;
Research on project related information;
Conduct surveys where required;
Draft proposals to support projects;
Conduct project update presentations, debrief and recommendations for improvement;
Any other as assigned.

Requirements:
Degree or diploma in any discipline
Keen interests in the education and entrepreneurship space
Motivated individual who takes ownership of tasks assigned and initiative to constantly improve on processes
Analytical, meticulous and organized worker who takes pride in his/her work
Strong communication skills
Relates well to colleagues and associates at all levels
Good command of the English language
Adapt at conducting project related research
Mastery of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) skills
Good team player
