Job Description:
AN IMMEDIATE OPENING TO TEACH ENGLISH AT AN ELITE PRIVATE SCHOOL IN ZIBO, SHANDONG PROVINCE, PR CHINA

The Xiuwen International Academy at Zibo City, Shandong, is hiring experienced native speaking English teachers.
The Academy, established in 2005, is an elite private day and boarding school. The school currently serves students from grade 1 to 9, ages 6 to 16.
We are looking for dedicated people who have a passion for teaching children, are open minded, outgoing, have good teaching skills and experience teaching ESL.

Requirements:
• An undergraduate degree in which English is the language of instruction. Bachelor degrees or higher in the field of education would be preferred, but not essential.
• Two years full-time teaching experience post graduation.
Preferred Qualities:
• ESL teaching experience.
• Experience teaching children of all ages.
• Effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• TEFL, TESOL, ESL, EFL, CELTA, DELTA certifications.

What the Academy Offers:
• A monthly salary of 5,000 – 7,000 (depending on experience).
• Working visa.
• Actual contact teaching hours per week will not exceed 20 hours.
• Roundtrip air ticket.
• On completion of a one-year employment contract, international teachers will receive an end-of-contract bonus equivalent to one month’s salary.

• Medical coverage.
• International teachers may choose to take advantage of Chinese language and martial arts lessons.
