Responsibilities:-
Teach courses of GMAT, GRE, SAT, SAT II, SSAT, IELTS, TOEFL and English programs
Preparation and presentation of teaching materials, grading of papers
Development of lesson plans and tutor guidebooks
Maintain and improve teaching quality and review curriculum on regular basis, provide product training to internal staff
As the speaker at marketing seminars, edit marketing materials in English
Coordinate with Program Management Team to ensure smooth course administration
Requirements:-
University graduate from American top universities; preferably with Master degree or other professional qualifications, i.e. TESOL
Native English speaker, preferably with 3-6 years’ experience in teaching Test Prep; strong in both verbal and math areas
Excellent subject knowledge, presentation and classroom management skills
Understanding of education systems in USA, HK and Canada/UK
Flexible, open minded and team spirited

A rapidly growing education organization, with strong establishment in Hong Kong, is looking for Head of Education covering HK and China markets.
Reporting to Head of China and working closely with the head office in the UK, with the objective to support the growing education related needs in the finance and accounting industry, you will be responsible for devising strategies for and ensuring the development implementation of the education services for the broad range of accountancy tuition providers including universities, private sector colleges, employers and ensuring that the certification awards are recognized as part of national education and qualification frameworks in HK and China markets. You will also need to design courses, conduct train-the-trainers programs as well as to contribute to the development of its global educational policies and education programs such as exemption policies.
The ideal candidate should be a qualified accountant, or equivalent, and have substantial relevant work experience in development, promotion and delivery of accountancy training. You will have practical experience of managing projects, preferably within an educational or training environment and possess and innovative approach to education and teaching methodologies and issues. You are professional, self-motivated and sensitive to the changing environment of accountancy training and education worldwide. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communications skills. Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin. Frequent travel is required.
