Responsibilities:
Engage potential clients to determine their needs and work with faculty in developing programme proposals on time.
Engage in contract negotiations, in particular for long-term programmes with the funding of international institutions
Market existing programmes to targeted audiences.
Develop new programmes with faculty that would meet market demands.
Deliver the programme and oversee logistics with the support of an Executive/Management Assistant Officer.
Conduct post-programme evaluation with client and faculty involved.
Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
Experience working on programmes for international institutions such as ADB (Asian Development Bank), UNDP (United Nations Development Programme) is a plus.
Minimum university degree, with at least 4 years of relevant experience, good knowledge of financial accounting, and experience running logistics for programmes. Sound knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
Excellent team player, motivated, takes initiative and willing to work longer than the normal hours when needed.
*Please note this is a 2-year contract position
