Associate Trainers - Singapore

Responsibilities:
To deliver assigned training programs and training assessment
To conduct training needs analysis when required
Develop the training business with lucrative rewards / profit sharing
The successful candidate will deliver training programs that enhance participants’ knowledge in soft skills and guide them towards the achievement of own development and excellence. Examples of soft skill training include Service Quality, Mindset, Teambuilding and Innovation Programs.

Requirements:
Candidates must be a certified ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) /WDA-WSQ (Workforce Skills Qualifications) Trainer
Have minimum 3 years’ training experience and/or education-related discipline
Understand Adult Learning principles and techniques
Proven track record in the training business development
Excellent communication, interaction and facilitation skills
Candidates who are effectively Bi-Lingual in English and Mandarin will have added advantage
Keeping aware, Identify and act on opportunities to increase training revenue
Keeping aware of trends in training development
Charismatic Personality with excellent ability to engage participants during the training program
