COACHES: Changing attitudes, work habits and performance in your assigned area, and sustaining those improvements through on-the-floor monitoring and follow-up.

TRAINERS: Introducing concepts, principles, methodologies and tactics to groups. One-on-One follow-up and Coaching.
Collaborating with Coaches in changing work habits.

SENIOR RESOURCES: The door is always open to new and old talent. We are interested in tactical and/or technical skills.
Tactical: Training Needs Analysis, Training Module Design, Presentation Skills, Executive Coaching
Technical: Analytical Skills, System design, Performance Measurement
Project Management
Professional Sales (high ticket item)

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree including, though not limited to, Industrial Engineering, Psychology / Behavioral Science, Business Administration / Management
At least 5 years of working experience in your field, with evidence of success, is required for this position. Experience as supervisor, manager or specialist is welcome.
Required skill(s): Excellent inter-personal skills, above average communication skills, high work integrity, good analytical skills, team-player, positive attitude, flexibility, computer literate.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
