COURSE DIRECTOR (CD) - Singapore

The CD is responsible for delivering the English programs in the centre. The role is challenging, often pressured, but rewarding and never dull. The responsibilities are many and varied but include: building and leading a team of teachers to deliver high quality language classes, lesson planning support, observing teachers, liaising with clients, organizing placement tests and timetables on a regular basis. For many experienced and suitably qualified English teachers it can be a great first move into management.

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to adapt to changing circumstances, often at short notice. The role requires some experience of working in the school environment and supporting teachers. It also requires a considerable amount of organization, commitment and hard work
