Call Center Trainer - English Comm & Workforce Development National Capital Reg - mandaluyong city - Philippines

Responsibilities:
The primary role of our Training Specialist will be to enhance the english communication skills of our agents and assist in product knowledge training. The applicant must have prior training experience in other call centers. The training specialist will provide individual mentoring, lead training classes, design training programs, and evaluate agent progress. Trainer will also provide accent and conversational English training.

Training Specialist will provide immediate English lessons to our agents and so we are in need of a trainer who is prepared for this role with stated goals, curriculum, and lesson plans. Applicant must have excellent English communication skills and must present a prepared curriculum plan during the interview process.

Requirements:
Required skill(s): English Training Skills, Presentation & Classroom Skills, Call Center Training Experience.
Required language(s): English.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Job role in Training & Development or equivalent.
