Training Manager APAC - Singapore

Responsibilities:
Ability to set and manage training budget
Works with third party vendors to design and implement innovative training related solutions
Champions training ensuring that training resources are able to perform their task. It would entails training & supporting the trainers in their capacity, or looking for external resources to strengthen the team
Identify regional training needs and requirement for the sales channel of selected business unit, designing & maintaining the curriculum and its life cycle
Develop training plans for international sales forces, within existing resources using internet & IT based tools as well as face-to-face training

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
At least 10 years working experience
Minimum 7 years in training/consulting field
Leadership qualities & ability to motivate people
Excellent command of written and spoken English
