Music Teacher Required Immediately - Singapore

Responsibilities:
Prepare, plan and conduct age-appropriate music lessons
Engage, motivate and nurture children through play and hands-on activities
Set up and maintain a safe, clean and conducive environment for music learning
Establish effective classroom management
Establish collaborative partnerships with parents for the kid’s musical development
Prepare monthly progress for students

Requirements:
Educational Requirements:
For musical instruments teachers (Violin and Drum): Candidate should possess at least a Grade 8 Practical and Theory in music or higher

For preschool music teachers: Diploma/Certificate in Early Childhood Education and music certificate from accredited music examination boards
Previous experience in similar settings will be preferable

Work Requirements:
Possess at least 1 year of experience
Passion for teaching and experienced in interacting with young kids
Patient, caring, energetic and innovative
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and yet a strong team-player
Patient and diplomatic in handling demanding parents
Creative, resourceful, highly organized, meticulous and observant
Able to work well under pressure and good at juggling with priorities
A fast self-learner, cheerful, enthusiastic team player
Dedicated and responsible with positive work attitude
