For diploma approved by TVTC (KSA) having course outline of premier UK qualification ACCA.

For Saudis: Full time / Part time, should be at least Graduate / Masters.

For Non Saudis: Transferable lqama, qualified / partly (CA, ACCA, CIMA etc), DOC. attested by the Saudi Consulate from the country of origin.
