Faculty Positions in University of - Karachi - Pakistan

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR (1)
Dr. Panjwani Center for Molecular Medicine and Drug Research (PCMD) invites qualified applicants or its faculty position under the Tenure Track System. Pay Scale (Rs. 80,000-51, 62,500-1, 62,500) according to the approved ICCBS Statutes for Tenure Track will be applicable.

Candidates should have a Ph.D. degree form any recognized University in the field of Neuroscience with at least 1 year of post doctoral research / teaching experience. Candidates with a background in electrophysiology will be preferred.

Applications need to be submitted on a prescribed form which can be obtained from the Administ5raitton Office (Establishment Section), Dr. Panjwani Center for Molecular Medicine and Drug Research (International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences), against a Pay Order of Rs. 300 – drawn in favour of the Co-Director (PCMD).

Tenure Track System Rules or each post can also be obtained from the same office. Six copies of application forms and a Pay Order of Rs.700/- drawn in favour of the Co-Director (PCMD) along with attested copies of the degrees/ certificates and reprints of research publications must reach the Co-Director, Dr. Panjwani Center for Molecular Medicine and Drug Research (International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences), University of Karachi-75270, within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement.

2. RESEARCH OFFICER (1)
The PCMD, ICCBS invites qualified applicants or the post of Research Officer under the Tenure Track System. Pay Scale (Rs. 26,500-3,650-81,250) according to the approved ICCBS Statutes for Tenure Track will be applicable. Candidates should have a Ph.D. degree in the field of Computational Chemistry.
