Personal Assistant/Secretary-Educational Institution
Responsibilities

In charge of managing Chair's calender of events (Eg. scheduling of appointments, prioritizing meetings etc)
Attend to incoming emails and disseminate emails to relevant departments/ personnel
Draft emails on behalf of Chair
Provide administrative support to the Chair for day to day duties
Prepare and proof read Chair's documents
Handle travel bookings (Air-ticket, Hotel, Conference registration)
Attend to overseas guest speakers/vistiting artist when they visit campus.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Min Diploma Holders
Min 2-3 years experience as Secretary/ Personal Assistant
Meticulous, detail-oriented & highly organised
Able to work independantly
Pleasant & amicable personality
Singaporeans or Singapore PR-s
* Pretigious Educational Institution
* Excellent Career Prospects
