Key Responsibilities:
* Receive the visitors warmly
* Giving information confidently & spontaneously (on phone + face to face)
* Maintaining database of the visitors Inquiry Form daily
* Sending thanks letters to the visitors & follow up the visitors over phone
* Communicate (on phone + by letter ) with the guardians of weak & absent students
* Sending letters (orientation, payment, result, exams, complaints, etc,)
* Maintaining file for press releases/news
* Maintaining a register/file for students’ complaints & contact with the concerned persons for solving them immediately.
* Submitting report in these regards.
Required Experience:
Minimum 2 Years in the related field. Work experience will be relaxed for the Candidate with excellent interpersonal & language skills.
Required Qualification:
Graduate/A Level with good Oral & Written communication skills in Bangla & English.

* Report writing Skills
* Computer Skills
