Duration of Probationary Period: One Year

Key responsibilities:
Making the “Lesson Plan” according to direction and take classes accordingly
Completing the syllabus in time
Encouraging the students to attend exams & classes
Developing skills to make class interesting
Understanding students’ psychology and act as required
Assisting Senior teachers when required
Analyzing the performance of the students & take necessary actions
Regular report to authority
Special skills for Networking track:
Strong knowledge in Networking & Telecommunication Technology (MCSE/ Linux/RHCE/CCNA).
Experience in network implementation and management (LAN, MAN)
Expertise in operating NOS (Linux, Unix, Windows Servers)
Special skills for Software Development track:
In depth knowledge in Software system development methodologies used in SDLC (SSADM, UML, UP)
Programming knowledge in .Net, Java SE, Java EE, Java ME, ASP.NET, PHP etc. Vendor certification will be given preferences.
Knowledge in different database (MySQL, MS SQL Server, and Oracle) will be given preference.

Experience: 1 - 2 Years experience in the field of teaching and working experience in software development will be given preference.
Required Qualifications: Minimum B.Sc. in Computer Science/Engineering for Lecturer. NCC Education UK Graduates are encouraged to apply. Masters in CS/CSE/CIS/MIS for Sr. Lecturer.
