Assistant ICT Technician - East Sussex County Council - Heathfield - UK

Required for September 2009
We are currently seeking an Assistant ICT Technician to join our dynamic and committed support team. The successful candidate will assist the ICT Technicians with the setup and maintenance of ICT equipment at the college. They will assist staff with the use of relevant software and hardware.

You will have:
Practical experience of Microsoft Office applications
Basic knowledge of Computer hardware components
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students with learning difficulties, staff, and others.
We are not able to obtain Work Permits for this post as it has not been classified by the Home Office as shortage skilled occupation. This is in line with Home Office Guidance. Most posts will not attract a work permit as they will not be considered difficult to recruit to posts.
