Training Specialist - Singapore

Responsibilities:
Plans and provides best training program that fit to the particular business environment based on full understanding of the demand of system and customer.
Creates documents and environment (training system and data) that are necessary for training.
Shares demands and information from customer and contributes to improvement of our service and system.
Contributes to the integration of new colleagues and to the improvement of procedures and tools.
Sales support duties such as contributing to the customer business plan and proposal solution services of customer needs.
Deliver SAP/CRM product and other trainings to the customers.
Report customer evaluation of provided training and service to the training manager.
Gather information on new training method.
Ensure permanent relationships with contracted customers.

Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in end user training of CRM/ SAP products.
Good presentation and communication skills.
