Senior Manager/Assistant Director (Education)-Singapore

1)This is a highly visible role within a fast growing ICT solutions and Education service provider and promises long term growth and development opportunities. Reporting to the Managing Director, the incumbent is expected to be proactive in driving the business forward with the support of a highly professional training team. You will formulate and manage projects that support greater use of ICT for teaching and learning. You will conduct technology scans to identify technological innovations for teaching and learning.

2)You will assist the Managing Director in policy formulation and implementing of ACP’s strategies for engagement in local education arena. The Assistant Director will maintain existing professional relationships with education institutes as well as foster new partnerships with various education constituencies. He/She will also play a key role in managing faculty contracts, course development and maintaining the academic integrity of the office.

Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
A Post Graduate Diploma in Education.
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Education or equivalent. Job role in Management or equivalent.
Proven track record of at least 10 years of operational and leadership experience within the education sector (at least 4 years in government schools).
Strong people management skills are essential.
Broad understanding and passionate about the development of local education.
High level presentation, negotiation, verbal and written communication skills, combined with a strategic mind.
A superior ability to work with industry
Preferably with proven contacts.
