Training delivery to agency
Develop and enhance sales training modules align their business and competencies
Create training curriculum for sales force
Executing TTT for sales leaders
Managing training specific project

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Required skill(s): Public Speaking, Presentation, Computer knowledge.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
Job role in Training & Development or equivalent.
2 Full-Time positions available.
Having experience in insurance industry is preferred
Ability to work in a fast pace environment
Self – starter and fast learner
