Assistant Manager-Senior Executive Training - Singapore

You will take the lead in conducting learning needs analysis and collation of the company’s total learning plan. You will help oversee the administration of training and development programmes, source and recommend suitable training platforms and providers as well as evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes and trainers. In addition, you will have to collate and analyse training statistics for management reports and help review and formulate training-related policies. Last but not least, you will also be required to oversee external funding claims, training records maintenance, help organise staff events and participate in corporate projects.

Requirements:
Degree, with at least 4-5 years’ relevant experience, preferably with a postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Development

Experience in PDS would be an advantage

Resourceful, meticulous and a good team player with excellent communication, human relation and organisational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Lotus Notes plus a good knowledge of training databases
