Here is the work that will be performed:
· Needs for skill based recruiting & on-boarding
· Deriving skill based templates from TCP database
· Co-ordinating with staffing in skills templates collection and analysis
· Providing inputs for L&D planning
· Enhanced On boarding
· Working with identified business contacts on scheduling & logistics of local programs
· Providing necessary reports to business
· Interfacing with HRGO & HR Generalists
· Tracking learning plans
· Building world class manager skill set
· Blending L&D and business sessions
· Logistics & Evaluation
Creating learning plans
Support for Accreditation

Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good communication skills in written and spoken English.
Applicants must be willing to work in Bangalore.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
