Guidance Counsellor - National Capital Reg - Philippines

Utilizing leadership, advocacy, and collaboration, the school counselor promotes student success, provides preventive services, and responds to identified student needs by implementing a comprehensive school counseling program that addresses academic, career, and personal/social development for all students.

Development of an overall plan for the School Counseling Program
Develops and maintains a plan for effective delivery of the school counseling program based on industry standards and best practices as well as individual school data.
Communicates the goals and agenda of the school program to school administrators and stakeholders.
Maintains current and appropriate resources on learning support for faculty and student development staff.

Implementation of a School Counseling Program
Guidance Curriculum
Individual Student Planning
Preventive and Responsive Services
Freshman Orientation
Organizational Support

Requirements:
Education - Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology (or any related counseling course) is required.
Work experience - At least 2 year of successful work experience in Guidance Counseling in a reputable university
License for Guidance Counselors - required
