Assess training and development needs with business units
Partner the business to develop training programs & initiatives
Rally implementation and manage resort-wide training initiatives, policies and processes

Degree with minimum 8 years in similar role
Strong planning, analytical & problem-solving skills
A self-starter, with good communication skills and able to multi-tasks
