Training Manager - Kalimantan Timur - Indonesia

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Candidate must hold Cert IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.
Should have min 5-8 years experience in development & implementation of training information systems, training design & delivery, and competency based assessment, in international mining company would be an advantage.
Able to develop competency based design and assessment.
Able to execute the company training vision with strong communication across all projects site.
Have good presentation and training skills.
Fluent in English and computer literate.
