Superintendent Plant Training (Balikpapan based) - Kalimantan Timur - Balikpapan - Indonesia

Reponsible to manage, develop and coordinate Plant Training for all Projects.

Requirements:
Should completed at least an accredited Apprentice Program
Have min 5 years experience as a Plant front line manager
Experience on Development & Training Packages, training design and delivery - in a major international mining company would be an advantage.
Good in English and MS Office
Comprehensive understanding of maintenance procedures and requirements relates to Company equipments.
Have good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
