Customer Service Executive - Singapore

Responsibilities:
Manage customer database
Assist in reception and answering phone and walk in enquiries
Plan the schedules for students and teachers
Moniter student attendance and arrange makeup lessons
Organize student performances
Register students for examinations
Update website/facebook
Monthly e-newsletter and regular email blasts to clients

Requirements:
Minimum 'A' Level & above with at least 1 year of customer service experience
Self starter and able to work independently
Able to work weekends (Sat and Sun)
Highly organized and proficient in excel and MS office
Pleasant disposition and enjoys being around kids
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Customer service oriented
Working location @ Clarke Quay
