Principal (New Childcare / Kindergarden / Pre-School) - Singapore

Requirements:
This person is required to setup and manage an entirely new childcare/kindergarden, thus she must possess the knowledge/experience in all operational issues of running the centre.
The candidate must ideally hold a Master or Degree in Early Childhood Education from a recognized University
A good track record in operating a profitable pre-school as principal or PSD with a minimum of 5 years direct working experience leading a strong and cohesive team of teachers and support staff
We seek an individual with excellent people skills with a dynamic and pro-active approach in running a preschool independently
Passion for children and enjoys teaching young children age 3 to 6 years
Must be a good team player
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Dedicated and self motivated to excel
Singaporeans or PR
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese - for communication purpose
Experience in Early Childhood Education/childcare environment a must
Conduct lessons according to our pre-school curriculum and enrichment programmes
Carry out progress monitoring for our children and facilitate the children learning process
Classroom management and maintaining a pleasant learning environment
