Trainer - Singapore

Responsibilities:
We are expanding our current pool of trainers and facilitators for the Innovation and Entrepreneurship programmes and are looking for trainers who have the following:
Train and equip youth in innovation and entrepreneurship skills through workshops conducted by YEA

Learn to relay innovation techniques to participants to generate ideas and solutions for everyday problems in their immediate environment
Discover and learn how to inspire participants with a learning journey to red dot design museum
Assist in fine-tuning YEA education programmes and creation/compilation of SOP games, icebreakers and activities
Identify, propose and suggest improvements to the organization.

Requirements:
Creative, problem solver with training and/or teaching experience with youth or adults
Solid commitment to customer service with good interpersonal skills, initiative and follow-through.
Training and/or teaching experience
Outstanding verbal communication skills.
Innovative, enthusiastic and have a passion for youth and to equip them with life skills
Fresh graduates with a burning desire to perform are welcomed to apply
Remuneration
As a YEA trainer, you can enjoy a remuneration of $25 to $50 per hour depending on your experience as a trainer.
