Training Manager - Singapore

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Human Resource, the incumbent will be responsible for :
Working with the various departments to identify training needs and advise on appropriate training programmes to meet business goals
Coordinate, conduct and develop training programmes under the WSQ ATO Framework
Conduct competency assessment for WSQ and in-house courses
Work with departments and HR personnel on related projects

Requirements:
Degree in any field
Full ACTA Certification
Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
Good facilitation, interpersonal and communication skills
Conversant with WDA ATO Funding mechanism and the various schemes under WDA
