Compensation: Bond offers a most generous package to our English teachers. Average monthly salary ( NET income ) is between RMB6,000 and RMB6,500. Besides, Bond offers free accommodation which is well-equipped and fully-furnished apartment unit. Transportation allowance is granted. Visa fee reimbursement as per contract. For teachers serving half a year,two-week paid holidays are granted and four weeks for those serving for one-year. We offer up to RMB7,200 Yuan reimbursement for the return airfare for teachers with a one-year contract and half as much for those with a 6-month contract. A performance bonus of RMB1,000 for those with a one-year contract. Organized guided package tours to places such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guilin, Xian, Tibet and Inner Mongolia etc. are offered to our teachers on a regular basis so that teachers can better enjoy the culture, sceneries and the Chinese cuisine. We offer complimentary mandarin Chinese lessons and Chinese cultural classes such as cuisine and Kunfu ( martial arts ) to our teachers.
