Training-& Development-Officer-Singapore

Responsibilities: Expected to provide a high level of professionalism in ensuring consistent, high quality training compliance and employee development roadmap for various categories onshore professionals, including the technical and support function.
Training & Development Coordination
Follow up on the mandatory and development training for employees
Coordinate training activities, schedules, and instructors for professional development programming. Source for training programmes, and liaising with industry trainers and training institutions
Ensure efficient running of all the training and development processes
Involve in the preparation and implementation of various mode of communication channel with employees such as quarterly employee newsletter, magazine.
Plan and coordinates company annual events, seminars and organize team building
Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
Training Administration, Records & System
Maintain up to date training records
Collate and organize training statistics and staff’s training roadmap useful for management decisions
Manage training resources such as training system and databases, multimedia facilities, reference books and training rooms
Development
Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs (including on-line courses, self-study, and blended learning opportunities) for onshore, project, technical and support, professional, and managerial staff.
Develop and implement organizational development services, including assessment to determine measures to enhance employee and organizational performance.
Participate in the analysis, design, development, and facilitation of training efforts and integrates best practices
Requirements: Diploma/Degree with at least 3-5yrs hands-on experience in training and development. owledge of adult learning, instructional design, and curriculum development techniques. owledge of leadership/management/organizational development, assessment protocols, change management strategies, and processes
Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks in a timely and effective manner
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent administration and data management skills
Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to motivate and coach individuals
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
