Manager - Learning and Development - Alexandra / Pasir Panjang - Singapore

Manager - L&D / Manpower Development

Responsibilities:
Manager - Learning and Development -
($4,000 - $5,800)

Responsibilities:
Strategic partner to the business groups to develop and implement people development and engagement programmes to build up the capacities and capabilities of the staff
Design, develop and implement development and engagement intervention programmes aligned to the organisational competency based development roadmaps.
Address identified gaps, design, planning and executing the implementation of key development, engagement and communication programmes
Engage and manage vendor partners and internal partners to ensure quality of programmes and service delivery to meet customers’ needs.

Requirements:
Degree holder with post graduate qualification in HRD and OD
At least 5 years of local working experience in full spectrum of learning and development, and employee engagement functions
Good knowledge and understanding of local market HRD practices
Good understanding of technical skills and competencies required in the infocomm sector
Good understanding of infocomm industry and trends as well as HRD practices and trends in the private sector
Strong stakeholder influencing and customer engagement skills as well as strong operational excellence/project management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with high EQ/AQ.

Manager - Manpower Development (2 years contract renewable) - ($4,000 - $5,500)

Responsibilities
Conceptualise, manage and execute programmes & projects for IT professional development
Work with private sector companies, industry associations and government agencies to plan and execute required programmes to meet objectives
Manage and track programme outcomes, budget and timeline to ensure compliance with programme plans
Conduct post programme review to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
Degree in Infocomm, HR / L&D or other relevant disciplines
Preferably 6 years of local working experience in policy and planning, project management or infocomm training & development
Good knowledge and understanding of infocomm industry, technologies and training areas
Ability to think strategically, work independently and possess strong presentation and written skills
Resulted-oriented, with energy and able to deliver in a very fast-paced environment
Good written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills
