Responsibilities:
The Job:
• Identify learning and development needs
• Develop training framework
• Review and design curriculum, prepare lesson plans, including the method, media and documentation
• Design and deliver training programmes
• Conduct follow-up evaluations on the training effectiveness of the programme
Requirements:
• Degree or Masters holder. Post-graduate qualification in Education or Instructional Design will be an advantage.
• Proficient in English, able to convey ideas and requirements verbally and in written form.
• Effective training presentation and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of training evaluation methodologies is an added advantage
• Strong time management skills and able to work under deadline pressures.
• Creative with an eye for details and able to work independently. Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills required.
• Possess leadership qualities.

Requirements:
