Details: Main Responsibilities: The overall management of all teaching staff: this includes recruitment, training and deployment; Management of courses and staff to ensure that academic services provided are of the prescribed standard and are focused on the needs of our students; Development and implementation of new courses and products. To provide a course-related perspective during inter-departmental discussions and participate in the decision-making process in general. To ensure standards are maintained at both sites. Based in Finsbury Park, the Head of Studies is expected to liaise supervise the campus in Oxford Street on a daily basis and another campus in north London which is to be opened in the next few months.

To support students by operating an ‘open-door’ policy and answering any queries students have related to their studies. Should also be prepared to give general advice about living in London and refer students with specific concerns/difficulties to relevant professional bodies.
Qualifications Academic Qualifications: Diploma Level ELT/TESOL qualification
Work Experience: Held a senior teaching post for at least one year in a large and / or renowned institution. At least 2 years’ teaching experience, gained both abroad and in the UK. Compensation
Up to 36k to the suitable applicant.
We’re looking for a Super-DOS with substantial experience in British Council accredited schools including passing the inspection.
