Assistant Manager/Manager - (Career Services) (1-year Contract) - Singapore

You will work closely with the Career Services team to assist in the measurement of effectiveness of the Career Services initiatives and programmes through gathering feedback and conducting surveys and analysis of its usage patterns. You will also administer university-wide surveys on career-related matters and be instrumental in generating statistics and information for key stakeholders.

In addition, you will be involved as part of the team in conceptualising and implementing promotional activities through the use of survey and research data. You are expected to work well with students, vendors and recruiters, and provide prompt and service-oriented responses.

Requirements:
A recognised university Degree in Social Sciences (Statistics, Economics or Sociology), Business, or Communication Studies (with focus on communications research) or equivalent

At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in market research, statistical analysis or survey management
Excellent project management and communication skills
Self-motivated and a good team player with a demonstrated ability to work independently
Strong IT and analytical abilities
Candidates with relevant experience in research and statistical analyses (both quantitative and qualitative) will have a distinct advantage
The successful candidate will be appointed on a 1-year contract basis.
