HR and Training Coordinator - National Capital Reg - Philippines

Handles all External Personnel that are under agency such as Promodizers and Security Personnel.
Coordinates with the Agency on pre-qualifications of Promodizers and other positions required that will be under agency that will be assigned in store.
Manpower pool. Manpower reserve and qualification standards.
Screening through initial or preliminary interview.
Advising or informing applicants of their scheduled date for orientation training through telephone call or by mail.
Monitoring and maintenance checking of the required and approved total manpower count on promodizers.
Preparing of proposed budget every product orientation.
Assignment of as when is the product orientation date schedule.
Trainer / speaker for product orientation for promodizers.
Update Training Modules.
Preparation of training examinations and certifications of participation for all conducted training programs.
Preparation of endorsement letter for intro of the promodizers in Retail Stores and Concept Stores.
Monitors and updates hiring of promodizers per area whether for Retail and Concept Store under agency.
Maintenance, safekeeping and updating of 201 Files of Promodizers per Retail and Concept Store under agency.
Payroll deduction ledgers checking and review – for payroll computation processing.
Payroll preparation and processing – for payment.
Facilitation and processing of memorandum of promodizer’s from Retail / Concept Store to agency.
Preparation of memorandum notices for employees who failed in meeting employee promotion requirements for approval of the Sales Manager / Store Manager or Store Coordinator.
Facilitation and processing of required documents and procedures for promodizer’s subject for transfer from one store to the other.
Preparation of employee’s performance appraisal evaluation to be given to the Sales Officer or Sales Coordinator
Monitoring of promodizer expiration of contract to be renew upon result of employees performance appraisal.
Releasing of Office Supplies for Clearance of promodizers.
Assisting the Store Manager in the formulation of policies and rules, guidelines and procedures and or contributes ideas and suggestions for policy and procedures implementation depending on the changing needs and condition to centralize and standardize the forms and policies of Crocs Stores Nationwide.
Process new hire employee’s supplies and uniform incentives and other freebies.
Process of request purchase of shoes of internal employees.
In the absences of the HR Officer Internal do facilitation of process documents.

Requirements:
Female or Male 24 to 35 years of age
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Powerpoint.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
With relevant experience handling promodizers in a retail industry, coordinates with different Store Consignors Office.
With related experience doing different modules for sales people and facilitate them. (MUST)
