Competence Development Portal Expert Shah Alam - Selangor - Malaysia

Responsibilities:
Support Training Manager within the organisations to secure course requests.
Coordinate and follow up with Technical Train the Trainer course delivery and network for evaluation and verification.
Manage, monitor, draw report and maintain the Competence Development Portal (CDP).
Ensure translations of all news item and information regarding CDP is up to date.
Manage and ensure the content regarding all competence related communication is current and valid.
Support all ongoing competence development projects within the organisation.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in related field.
Excellent communication skill to understand the concerns of a Pan Asian network.
Excellent communication skill in English language, verbal and written.
Able to communicate in more than one Asian Language, verbal and written would be an advantage.
At least a diploma in training and development or related field.
Fully proficient in MS Office applications.
Past experience in a training function in automotive field would be an advantage.
