Training Officer - Jakarta Raya - Indonesia

Responsibilities:
Responsible to analyse & develop non-production training programs and conduct training programs

Requirements:
Bachelor or Graduate Degree in any discipline (Engineering or Psychology is preferred)
Min. 2 year experience in developing and delivering training programs.
Target oriented, conceptual and analytical thinking, good communication skill, can work under pressure
Strong organizational and leadership background
