Assist in the Company annual Training Needs Analysis exercise, preparation of training budget and monitoring of training expenses
-Responsible in implementing approved training initiatives, including the evaluation of training programmes, pre & post training administration, filing for training grants & maintenance of accurate training records in HCMS
-Administer education / development programmes such as Management Trainee, Scholarship, Internship & Foreign Trainee programmes and Book Prize awards
-Attend to the hiring / staffing issues of Executive / Non-Executive staff for assigned business units & subsidaries.
-Conduct orientation programmes for new employees
-Oversee staff welfare account, activities and budget
-Attend to any ad-hoc HR & Training assignments as allocated by supervisors
Requirement:
-Diploma in Business / HRM with at least 2-3 years or Degree with some HR exposure in a fast-paced environment
-Possess a keen interest in HR operations and training administration, prior experience in Peoplesoft System will be an advantage
-A team-player
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Possess a sense of urgency, meticulous, analytical & pro-active
-Ability to multi-tasks, adaptable to business changes and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
-Fresh Degree holders with positive attitudes will also be considered
Additonal Information:
-Location: Central
-5 day weeks
-Salary: up to S$2400
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Commerce or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in General HR or Recruitment/Staffing.
1 Full-Time positions available.
