Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Commerce, Mass Communications, Psychology or equivalent.
Front liner type.
With at least 2 years relevant experience in call center training and/ or HR Training.
With good communication and presentation skills.
With good analytical and interpersonal skills.
