Manage the full spectrum of training and development functions, including training budget, premises, logistics, and vendor relation
Manage talent review and HiPo selection process, including overseas assignment and cross country employee exchange program
Manage and coordinate Performance Appraisal process
Lead organization development and change management process
Roll out and manage Rabo Academy and Management Development Program
Lead L&D team consist of 4 people
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor degree and good command in English
Having 5 - 10 hands on experience in training, preferably from banking, insurance or any financial service companies
Experience in organization development and change management would be significantly plus point
Good communication, presentation and negotiation skill
