Training Manger - Based in Chengdu - China

Reporting to the Director, China Operations, you will be responsible for :

Trainers Management - Recruitment, assessment and development of trainers and associate trainers

Development of Courseware – Direct involvement or supervision of curriculum development

Training Quality Management – Conduct training quality audit and continuous improvement review (CIR)

Key Customers Support – Strategic planning on content development and made improvement to clients' overall training framework

Business Development – Product expansion to suit business and market demand
Requirements:

Master / Bachelor Degree ; related to training will be an advantage

Professional integrity and business ethics is a MUST

Content / curriculum development experience

Strong track record in training delivery

Some business development experience will be an advantage

Advance Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) will be advantage
