Training Manager Wanted Urgently - Singapore

Identify, develop and evaluate suitable training courses to meet the specific needs of the Company;
Oversee all training & development activities and assess effectiveness of training programs;
Design and implement new training modules and methods;
Provide continuous analysis for improvement in quality customer service;
Maintain effective communication and coordination within Operations and with customers;

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Training or HRM,
With full ACTA certificate
At least 3 years' experience in training adults
Must be conversant with developing; training and administration of WSQ or ESS modules
Must have experience in Approved Training Organisation and Approved Assessment Organisation certification
