Senior Trainer - Jakarta Raya - Indonesia

Min Bachelor Degree's (S1), majoring in any disciplines, from reputable Universities with GPA > 2.75
Min. 3 years experience as a Trainer in Multinational Company, preferably in life insurance or financial services industry
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, good self-confidence, mature and like challenges
Have sounds of knowledge of Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, and Training Concepts
Be able to demonstrate developing standardize training material
Good Facilitation & Presentation skills, both demonstrate developing standardize training & material (using Ms Office, multimedia, etc) and in delivering the material
High level or organizing and administrative skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Have excellence computer skills (Ms. Power Point, Excel, Word)

Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang
