Training Manager - National Capital Reg - Manila - Philippines

Positions primary resposibility is to design, implement, evaluate and monitor training / OD programs / activities and to assist the Strategic Solutions Head in various projects inclueding Succession Planning, Performance Management and Career Management.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Job role in Training & Development or equivalent.
Exposure to Organizational Development initiatives and projects that involve career planning, competency & performance management processes.
Knoeledgeable in Training design, Facilitation and Evaluation.
Preferably with Banking Operation training / experience.
1 Full-Time position available.
