Responsibilities:
Planning and make the system and curriculum.
Preparing the subject matter in accordance with the system.
Nurture, educate and organize the teachers.
Maintain and monitor standards of teacher quality.
Planning and scheduling of students.
Able to teach young students to adults.
Addressing the demand and questions from the students.
Ensure the class path in accordance with the system and curriculum.
Good relationships with parents and students.
Coordinate everything with the other divisions.

Requirements:
Male/Female, maximum age 45 years old.
Minimum S1 graduate of Chinese Literature from leading universities in China.
Have a teaching certificate with work experience / teaching a minimum of 5 years.
Mastering the language spoken and written Mandarin.
Mastering Microsoft office.
Have the ability and mastery of teaching techniques class.
Always update themselves in the study Mandarin language education.
Have the initiative, forward thinking and open and the spirit of 'team work' rate.
Have a high enthusiasm to grow along with the institution of this course.
